More than ten years ago, the founders of Mixue hit the road with paper maps to purchase ingredients in a green van.Marvelled by the magnificent landscape along the way, not only was the morale boosted but they became more united as a team.Since then, our founders firmly believed that the best tool to unite a team is the happy memories they share. Now, our parters go for subsidised and customised Fun Trips every year.
Every mid-year, we hold a Sports Day open for all Mixue partners and their family members. By participating in different competitions, they are able to enjoy the process, reap the joy of victory, keep fit and convey the striving spirit of every Mixuer.
Mixue Volunteers can be every devoting Mixue partner. No matter it was when the floods hit Zhengzhou on July 20 or when Covid raged, Mixue Youths always stood up to help. They are the ones who exercise our corporate cultures of “I love you & You love me".
Partners gather together based on their common hobbies and have formed various clubs including yoga, basketball, badminton, murder mystery games, Esports, history club and etc.We persevere because we love it and achieve win-win results as we are united.At Mixue, we always strive for the best and bring happiness for each other!
The New Year's Party held at the end of each year is one of the most important events.Mixue partners get the chance to demonstrate their vitality by performing excellent shows and songs.The conference is also an occasion to convey our business strategy to partners. The ideal relation between us and our franchisees shall be a win-win one.Keeping this principle in mind, she has found the right balance while dealing with franchisees and maintained good relationship with them ever since. She accompanied Mixue along the way from 1,000 to 10,000 stores. She contributed in selecting suitable franchisees for the company, and assisting franchisees to make fortunes.

Why did I always fail at the first try?
She is offbeat and can be careless at times. Joined as a receptionist, on her first day she was asked to come back on the second day because she forgot to get a health certificate.
